Kriss Logic’s main activities include sheet metal stamping, forming and drawing. These processes are carried out with the help of mechanical and hydraulic presses, adopting the most suited technique to the individual customer’s needs.
Our company is able to perform work on different materials (steel, aluminium, alloys) always delivering a functional, quality product, responsive to market demands.
Sheet metal stamping and sheet metal drawing involve the use of mechanical and hydraulic presses, edge-banders, trimming machines, disk cutting machines in addition to advanced, cutting-edge technology that is used competently our expert professionals.
Deep drawing:
Through this production process, Kriss Logic is able to produce sheet metal parts in carbon and stainless steel of any shape. The experience gained in moulding allows us to meet quality and service targets. Mechanical or hydraulic presses allow us to obtain products of varying kinds and shapes, aimed at a wide range of product sectors.
Cold moulding:
Used and requested processing in various sectors, with different characteristics and performed to individual and specific customer requests. Manufactured semi-finished products can be finished by shearing or final bending. Machining operations that require extreme precision are carried out using manual systems with the aid of the most advanced machinery.
Bending:
This mechanical processing lets us shape a metal bar, a profile, a pipe or a sheet by applying a certain force. It is used to obtain predefined shapes, but also to provide rigidity to a structure.
Laser cutting using FIBRE LASER technology
We perform sheet metal cutting on behalf of third parties using numerically controlled machinery. This processing is fundamental in the production of a metal product and in the success of a finished product. The objective of laser cutting of sheet metal is to meet specific needs in terms of technical design and intended use for the semi-finished piece.
